MBC disappeared from Scoutbook... HELP!

Hi Scouters,

A leader from another unit was trying to connect his Scout to me last night. He couldn’t find me on his end but when I logged in, everything appeared to be in order on my positions page, including the green check shield on my MBC position.
I clicked on that position to check the settings, clicked on make it my default position to see if that would help. POOF! Now the green check is gone and I’m no longer showing up on the search for MBC. I contacted the Registrar who says I’m showing up on her end.

HELP!

I don’t see anything wrong. I’m going to send you a private message so we can get more information to try to determine if you have multiple IDs. Look for a green circle with white number in the upper right corner of your forum window.
