MBC Lost Connections after membership expired

Hello,

A volunteer had his MBC registration lapse and we have renewed it. Now he reports that all his prior connections to scouts are missing.

Is that expected? Or would you expect any open connections to return so he could continue working on those partial merit badges?

Yes, this is expected. If an MBC’s registration expires, all connections between the MBC and Scouts are removed
