Registered primary in Pack 70
Multiple as MBC at Council level
NEVER shows up in MBC search - tried last name, each badge. Nothing.
Is it because primary reg is Pack?
I have another similiar.
MID 136066154
Primary registration is in Pack 89, Multilple in Troop 87 B AND MBC
Has no problem being found and connected to member of T87B,
T87 G gets told in search results Not found.
Is it because the primary is in a Pack?
First person is willing to multiple to local troop, if needed, and will swap primary to Troop if that solves it. Same with second person, multipling to TG, then MBC and Pack.

I doubt that’s the cause, because I’m registered the same way in my council (primary with my unit, multiple as MBC), and I show up in a search just fine. Granted, I’m in a troop, but I doubt the system cares.
I would check the search parameters to make sure it’s not restricting the results (e.g. by zip code or availability), and also make sure the counselor isn’t already connected to the scout in question. You didn’t say which search is failing, but if it’s searching from the scout’s merit badge page, then it won’t find folks already connected to the scout, even if for another purpose.

For MID 14263216 YPT expired on 7/7/24. About 24 hours after she renews YPT she should appear in MBC searches. She completed SCO_3008, 9 and 10 on 7/16/24 but has not yet completed SCO_3011 the YPT quiz.
MID 136066154 should appear in search lists for anyone from your Council. Is the unit using the MB Counselor Search or looking for the MBC with +Add Connection? If they are using +Add Connection it could be the MBC is connected to the Scout for another badge or as an Adult Leader. If this is the case, the unit just needs to go into that connection, turn on the MBC check box and select the deisred MB(s).
