I have 2 counselors (that I know of) who were entered into system this week who only show 1 MB on their positions page (one has a few in scoutnet the other has 2). I have confirmed this with the file download.

Have the registrar make sure there are no expiration dates associated with the missing badges. We ran into the same problem, and discovered many MBC’s with “expired” merit badges in their list. I hope this helps
