Good Morning, I have a scout in my unit (137004500) whose membership with us is good through 1/31/26 that same scout is part of a ship/ crew that was originally in our council but switch to PPC council earlier this year. When that happened scout book had a secondary membership id assigned I presume because of the new council. the issue I have is this scout shows a current registration will the old number, but in my roster on Scoutbook plus it shows the new number within my roster ( I have access as key 3) In the roster line is says this scout needs to register. I reached out to the other council that shows the scout has a current registration with PPC but they advised they can not help me. I have also reached out to our council and am waiting for a return call.
Has anyone encountered this?
