Scout with 2 Member IDs

Hello,

My son dual enrolled in another Troop (316) which is located in a different council (Northeastern). When the second council activated his registration it assigned him a new membership number and took all of his advancements and merit badges over to the new membership number. Is it possible to get all that information back to his original number (134450880) and primary council (Columbia Montour) and still keep the secondary number (141655168) and secondary council (Northeastern)? If that is not possible can the 2 accounts be merged, keeping the original number (134450880) and the original Council (Columbia Montour)?

@MarissaMay I have switched the member ID (MIDs) numbers on your son’s Scoutbook accounts. Please check tomorrow, after the overnight sync runs.

One issue to be aware of: Both Scoutbook accounts have requirements on them. I recommend getting the “Scouts BSA History Report” for both MIDs tomorrow, and then ask the troop in Columbia Montour to update his records.
