Scout has 2 Member IDs for 2 councils - need to use only one

We have a scout with 2 member ID’s because he was originally in TN and now he is in CO. He lost the ability to see the calendar and do other functions in Scoutbook Plus. We need help fixing this where we just need both the mom and scout to have their CO ID’s current and in the roster. I asked the mom if she sees two ID’s in my.scouting.org under the Manage Member ID and she only sees one. Our council’s registrar can’t help.

However, in the scout’s profile in Scoutbook Plus, he is the son of 141616284 (which is the mom’s TN profile)

@HeidiMazur is the scout totally out of (done with) the old troop?

Last summer, he went to summer camp in TN. I asked his mom which member ID he used and she said he used his CO member ID. His mom said that he and herself are completely done with the TN troop as far as the member IDs go.

As long as they go to events like summer camp out of council this can happen - but for now it should be resolved.
