We have members that have gone through the renewal process and their status shows “Active Renewal”, but on the Troop Roster inside Organization Manager, it shows “Eligible to Renew” for all members that are in the renewal window.
We would like to follow-up with Troop members who haven’t renewed.
The Members Due to Renew Report also doesn’t indicate renewal status.
Can the roster show a distinction between those who are in “Active Renewal” and “Eligible to Renew” status?
Is there another report that shows this?
Is the intent to just wait for members to expire before we can see if they renewed or not?

@DavidEastburn - below the roster in my.scouting.org there should be lines for the renewal orders. You should be able to see those that have renewed there.
What does active renewal mean? My son’s renewal says active renewal and I don’t have the option to renew - only the option to not renew
@GabrielYoung2 under this login I do not see you having a position to renew? Are you a registered leader?
@GabrielYoung2 For your son, I see a renewal status of “submitted”, which usually means that the payment has not fully processed yet or the renewal needs to be approved. Did you just renew your son today?
