Unclear status for adult volunteer

Hi,
One of the adult volunteers in my troop (member id 13364664, GGAC) has submitted a membership renewal application in my.scouting. The status has been showing as “Submitted” for the past couple of weeks. I’m not sure what is holding up the process. Could you please look into this and let me know what the status means and how the renewal can be approved?

All we can see is that the application has been submitted. Ask your Charter Org Rep or Charter Org Rep Delegate if you have one to check the Membership Renewal Orders on the roster page in my.scouting.org to see if the renewal needs to be approved. If it is approved, you will need to contact your Council to find out what is going on with this renewal.
