For this Scout I see a registration expiration date: 08/31/2024.
Renewal stats: Initiated.
If your pack wants you to help with registrations, they should consider giving you the “Registration Inquiry” or “Key 3 Delegate” functional role.
We see the renewal only as initiated. This typically means the parents did not complete the online registration by paying with a credit card. If they paid by means other than a credit card, the Council needs to finalize completion of the renewal.
We’ve got a “Registration Inquiry” committee member, I passed the info along to her.
The parents for this Scout went back in to renew the Scout yesterday. It’s not showing up in the Application Manager right now, so I want to confirm, would the pending renewal be showing up on the Application Manager, or is there another tool that shows pending renewals?
All renewals, pending and complete, appear on the Roster under the Membership Renewal Orders section.
Ah, ok, and this option should be available to Key 3, Delegates, and Registration Inquiry (I’m not one of those, so I’m just passing the info along).
To help, could you provide a screenshot of where we should be looking?
