Hi,
When I download my membership card from https://my.scouting.org/tools/my-profile, after selecting my home unit, I’m getting a pdf file downloaded.
When I open the file, I have the fleur de lys, the barcode and the signature but none of my information.
How can I fix that?
@NicolasRietsch what are you using to view the card? is it an Adobe product? or a preview app like your web browser?
@NicolasRietsch - try the download a second time. I had the blank but trying again all data was there
Tried Adobe Acrobar Reader and the Edge built in viewer with the same result
I tried the first time with just my unit, then with another unit I’m involved in and a district position for a total of 3 cards. Exact same result, all 3 cards are blank
@NicolasRietsch - I guess you are not following what I am describing…when you get the blank just try the download card again without leaving or closing the browser.

Well…….I just used a Linux system and it worked perfectly fine first time.
Still curious why Edge or Chrome is doing that on Windows but at least, I have the card.
Firefox did work on Windows too….go figure!
@NicolasRietsch- might be a good idea to have your council submit a member care ticket

I had the same result with blank membership cards on Safari and Chrome, but it worked on Firefox. However, I renewed back in November so my.scouting shows that my expiration date is 12/31/26 but the cards show 12/31/25. I don’t know why I’d ever need my actual membership card, but I’m the district membership chair, and someone else complained of the same problem. Now, I feel obligated to find an answer!
The membership card won’t update to your new expiration date of 12/31/2026 until after your current registration expires. You should be able to print update card on or after January 1

As a heads up, I had the same problem when I tried in Chrome. It worked fine for my father, who is an Assistant Scout Master, but not for me. After reading this, I tried Edge and it worked for me.
Same problem today, Jan 3 ‘26, using both Chrome and Safari browsers on a Mac. Even tried using the private browser mode (in case cookies or cache were a problem).
HOWEVER, when I log into my wife’s account, using the same browsers and Mac, her cards are filled out properly.
My profile shows that my expiration date is 12/31/2026.
When I log back into my account, and regenerate my card, it works as expected. Very strange.

You will need to contact your Council for asistance with this issue.
