Membership keeps expiring in scoutbook

Hello,

My scout membership keeps expiring on scoutbook. I’m getting the following message:

DateEnded by SP ExpireInvalidYouthUPsCreatedinSB after 90 Day Lapse

We paid the recharter fee and confirmed it with the Pack/Den leader last Tuesday. What do I need to do? I emailed scoutbook.support@scouting.org but got an error message that their mailbox is full and not accepting any more emails.

The BSA# is 137408497

@GladysPagan-Molina that number is not currently registered - I think checking with the Committee Chair on recharter status is the next step for you
