Membership renewal error message

Hello,

I’m looking for help on an issue I’m seeing on login into ScoutBook Plus. I see the following message:

It’s time to renew your membership in Scouting as it lapsed on 12/31/2025. To continue your involvement in your unit, and maintain access to Scouting resources, click on “Renew”.
*If you have transferred from one unit to another unit within the last two months, you may ignore this notice.

I worked with my local council today and they aren’t seeing an issue with my membership (they see 12/31/2026). I’m also having an issue where I get the four spinning dots and things won’t load properly, as well as not being able to make updates to Scout records. The council was able to enter dates for the Scout I was trying to update. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You have an open Committee Member position for 92B that expired 12/31/25 - I bet that is the issue - talk to council about that

I reached out to my council and they aren’t sure why its showing like that. Do you have a recommendation that I can provide them on how to resolve it? If I’ve only got one Member ID, I don’t understand why it’s seeing two different expiration dates. Any suggestions on how to resolve the issue?

That is a Council issue. They can send in a national membercare ticket for help
