Membership renewal Inactive Auto Renewal- Pending Credit Card Message

I have a parent getting the message - Inactive Auto Renewal- Pending Credit Card. She has updated the Credit card info but the status doesn’t change. Will her new card get charged on the renewal date of 9/30/2024?

This question needs to be addressed to your Council. No one from the BSA monitors the forums and the volunteer moderators do not have contacts within the my.scouting.org team to find out. This team only works via tickets opened by Councils.

We have heard that some issues with credit card processing can be resolved by using incognito mode. Not sure if this would be one, but seems worth trying.

Also check Pop-Up Blocker settings. You need to Allow pop ups for my.scouting.org. That was the issue for some of our adults renewing.
