I have a parent, BSA ID 14509117, in the Pack that is unable to pay their Scouts, BSA ID 14509121, membership renewal. When I try to pay it through the Pack it tells me there is an existing order.
@PatrickEgan the parent can try going to my.scouting.org > My Applications > My Renewals - Complete Payment
If that does not work they can use Withdraw Renewal and start over
He tried that and there are not any applications/renewal options available.
Then they should call your council
