Recently, a number of the Scouts in the Troop (Florida) have had their status in Scoutbook changed to “Not Approved”. This can be seen on the Scout’s profile page. Directly below “Not Approved” it also states to “Edit Membership to Approve”. However, each of these Scouts has a current membership in the Troop which is supported by going to each Scout’s membership link where the Scout’s membership in the Troop is listed under “Current Membership”.
I’ve submitted a ticket to SB over a week ago and haven’t received a response or any help.
Yes, there was a change in leadership positions, and the “Position Approved” wasn’t checked off which was causing the problem. I appreciate your help with this!
