Membership tools inaccessible

The membership tools (Council Membership Tools and Objectives Progress Report) are currently reporting a 503 error.
*1) Hardware: Desktop

Looks like your council positions expired over the last 2 months and council has not rechartered yet - that could be it - On some the 60 day grace period would have expired

My council position expired on 1/31/23 and everything was working fine yesterday morning before the maintenance period. So either the 60-day grace period isn’t implemented for this functionality and wasn’t working properly for the past 12 days, or something else is going on.

A 503 error has nothing to do with authentication.

The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 503 Service Unavailable server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request.
Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded.

Is it possible that the server did not come back up completely?

My Field Director checked this morning and found the same error, but as of 12:26 PM Eastern time the issue appears to be corrected.
