We have an adult leader with two BSA member id’s. Can you please help merge them. This is from the Golden Gate Area Council and the member id’s are 13793602 (Needs to be primary) and 133877194 (Additional id).
Please help resolve this.

Please ask this user to contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, he should be listed as parent only under his primary BSA member ID number: 13793602.
They should remove him if he is listed as parent under any other BSA numbers. Otherwise, his BSA numbers will likely get switched around again when his child (or children) Recharter.
