@EricLorenz Please ask the user to log all the way out, then log back in again.
@EricLorenz The user should also contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his child (or children). In the Relationships tab / section, he should be removed as parent under his secondary BSA member ID number: 136575544. Then he should be added as parent under his primary BSA member ID number: 13989512.
