Bear with me. We have a Scout who moved to our area at the end of 2023 and joined our Troop on 1/19/24.

Council did not process registration until May and at that time created a profile with a misspelled last name.

The Scout’s dad could not connect with the above BSA ID and none of the Scout’s advancement information appeared in the ScoutBook profile. The Scout’s dad went through the online application process on 5/13/24 and created another paid membership hoping to be able to merge the BSA ID numbers into one place and restore his ScoutBook data.

This profile is connected to two dads, one with the correct last name and one with a misspelled last name.
We also find information that there is yet another BSA ID number connected to Central Georgia Council 140816336, but we do not know when that number was created. The family has attempted to merge the BSA ID numbers on my.scouting, but has not been able to make a merger that makes his ScoutBook advancement information reappear.
Central Georgia Council has been unable to assist us in this matter despite repeated requests. Can anyone help us merge all of these ScoutBook user profiles and BSA ID numbers so that we can have access to his old advancement records?
