Duplicate ScoutBook Profile for Adult

Hi!
I have an adult who is registered as a Unit Scouter Reserve. At one time, he had two BSA ID numbers and Council merged them into BSA ID 127849303. When I go into the ScoutBook profile for his son (BSA ID 133170916) I see two connected parents, both with the same email address and name. I suspect this is somehow a holdover from the two BSA ID numbers. Can you please merge these ScoutBook profiles for the adult?
