Merge ID number

Hi all

Can some one help me, I have a volunteer that needs to merge his all scout ID 073413 to the new scout ID that our council assigned to him 13617425.

He tried to do it directly in our concil but they said they can’t

Appreciate all the help in this matter

@OmarLopez1 Do you know if he earned the Eagle Scout rank?

I think the third member ID number (110344208) probably also belongs to him.

Yes he is a Eagle scout

@OmarLopez1 This should be fixed.

If he wants to add his middle name, the best place to do it is in my.Scouting under “My Profile”.

Greetings again

I have two volunteers with 2 ID that needs to be merge.

Volunteer 1: ID 141642139 and 137150313

Volunteer 2: ID 11818179 and 137264760

I will appreciate all the help

It looks like this user is registered as a Committee Member in another council (Great Trail). If she is stilll active there, then she probably needs a Scoutbook account for each council.

I only find 1 Scoutbook account (userID) for this user, so there is nothing for us to merge.

The volunteer that is in another council is a tranfer to our council.

@OmarLopez1 OK, I have switched her MID and updated her council number.
