This is fixed.
The user had 3 Member IDs because her last name was spelled differently. Have her check the spelling and if incorrect, contact your Council to have it fixed.
She needs to log in with the my.scouting.org ID that is the portion of her 3-mail address before the 2 digit number.
Please contact your Council and have them use the Relationships tab of Registrar Tools to mover her children from MIDs 134328045 and 137438153 to her registered MID 14008027. This will help avoid issues at recharter time.
Her training should all move to MID 14008027 later today. If it does not, report back here and let us know.
