I have a parent that is a registered leader on my unit roster with one ID but it seems their Scoutbook account has a completely different ID. Can someone help me to resolve this so the correct ID is attached?

Her ID listed in Scoutbook is 13376938 but on my roster her ID is 13111560.
@CorwinLoreman this is fixed - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 13111560
Excellent, thank you. While I have you I just discovered another oddity you might be able to assist with. I have a parent that transferred to us and had two accounts. It seems like one of her accounts is connected to her kids and the other account has her leader history. We have recently registered her as a leader in our unit but the leader profile has a different ID number than what was on her YPT certificate she provided. My concern is that all of her training records are split between two profiles now. She logs in using the profile with ID 14859830, but her YPT was done on 135373472.
14859830 is what we have on our unit roster.
@CorwinLoreman the 830 one has no logins since 2021 - I think she uses jh(lastname) as username can you find out?
I confirmed that is the account she uses. We just need to make sure everything is merged to that login and she is connected to her 3 kids. Like I said 14859830 is what I have on the roster, not sure if that affects what you are able to do.
