@SarahBrisson you have 2 BSA# both with positions in the same council? I think you need to talk to council and have them clean it up first so all your positions are on one BSA #
I have the same type of problem. I am in 2 councils now. Council 1 has the pack, MBC, Cub master. Council 2(the new one) has the same Pack information, the scout reserve for the troop, my 2 kiddos listed, my den leader. So I’m confused and it says someone else is using my email. I ha e screen shots.
