When I log in it says that there is another account linked to my email address. I am a member of 2 units. I can see the association with Troop 12 but scoutbook is not showing Pack 13. I have took youth protection training as well and it is not showing complete under the account I can see. Is there a way to see the other pack? I am the assistant cubmaster in Pack 13.

no, they are both in Chattahoochee council.
@BradleyLunsford ok your accounts are merged - you need to use your my.scouting.org user name BL######25 to log into scoutbook
Thank you for the help! The user name and password that I was using is not working now. I tried to use the forgot my password link with that email address and I didnt get an email to reset. I tried using my member ID and birthday and it said that user was not found.
hmm it says you logged in today - I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
I am receiving the Warning message about another user utilizing my email address.
my BSA number is 12572333
Is there a way to correct the issue?
@AurielKjeldsen it can be fixed - just trying to figure it out - it seems like the email is applied to alot of adults in your Scoutreach??? units is our best guess
@AurielKjeldsen ok that is cleaned up - it probably happened off youth applications when you put in your email for parent for the Scoutreach program
