I am Committee Chair of Troop 211 in Torrance, CA and am trying to help a family who is not able to renew their scout.
The one issue I see with their account is that the mom has two accounts. Could you please merge them? Name: (removed by Moderator). Her BSA member IDs are (removed by Moderator) and (removed by Moderator). She wants to keep (removed by Moderator).
The scout, (removed by Moderator), BSA member ID (removed by Moderator) is not listed when either parent goes to the Renewals page of my.scouting. They were able to renew their older scout without issue. I can see him in the unit page and he shows as “Eligible to Renew”
