I have a volunteer with 2 id (141495254 & 141475820)

Need help please

@OmarLopez1 has the User tried to use my.scouting.org > Manage Member ID?

Or are you talking about a Scoutbook User issue, where just the SB Users need to be merged?

Scout book user, she just presente that she appears to times

@OmarLopez1 think you need to talk to council on this one - they can use VST to solve it. There are wide DOB differences, Parent Relationships that also need to be cleaned up
