Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
@DonovanMcNeil I have an issue with a Den Leader showing up twice and cannot use the Den Leader Experience. She has two MIDs and what looks to be a parent connection. The primary MID should be 137380283, and there is another showing up as 13862811. Also, she is showing up 3 times in the list of connections to Youth MID 137380282, which is her son. There are other adult leaders in our pack and they all just have one MID and one connection to their child. Can you merge all 3 of her records please to 13862811? Please let me know if you need anything else.
@JamesDavis17 this is why looking at my.scouting.org roster is important for leaders - 13862811 - is her registered number so it is primary - this is all fixed
Thank you @DonovanMcNeil. She tried it and all looks good so far that she can tell. Will her training that was she has accumulated on the non-primary MID stay with her record? I am a new Advancement Chair and still trying to understand how all this works.
As long as MIDs are under management (log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials) - all training should flow to Primary MID
