I have two accounts that need to be merged. I was a scout. Then, created a parent account. Lastly, became a committee member. Is it possible to get these merged and in sync?

A Council Registrar can help you - look at their website for contact
or log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials
You might have 2 SB accounts we can help with that part of it
To clarify - the same issue of two accounts I’d like merged, though both are PARENT accounts in my case where a second was created when I signed up a second child.

Hi - I have a parent in our unit who has two SB accounts and also two BSA IDs, due to signing up her kids in two units. I have the BSA ID #s and the account emails. Who do I need to talk to in order to get this all merged?

We have tried to work with our Council and not gotten anywhere. I am not able to add my other ID. See screenshot, but I have received other errors in the past when trying to do this. We also weren’t sure if there was an issue trying to use the same email address associate with both in Scout Book.
@KennethGregory that 046 one is now deleted somehow - I merged the SB accounts - now using your Google Login Feature will get you to your SB account

Thank you so much!!! We have been trying to get this resolved for way too long. I am able to use the Google Login feature, which I couldn’t before. And it looks like my IDs are in sync now.
