@RichardFriesner In this particular case, I think it would be better for the local council to fix using their Registrar Tools.
This parent has 2 different member ID numbers (MIDs), and is using different names:
141130857
13428828
The parent is also using 2 usernames (logins). The local council should be able to merge them.
The final issue is that the user’s parent / child “relationships” (in my.Scouting) are split between his 2 MIDs. The local council can fix the “Relationships” using their Registrar Tools. The user should only be listed as parent under his primary MID, whichever one that ends up being.
