Merging duplicate accounts

We have a few users that have multiple accounts. These parents became leaders and an additional account was created when they submitted their application. Can you merge these for us?

Joseph B is fixed. He needs to use his my.scouting.org ID that is _
Jennifer M is fixed. She needs to use the Google Login button to log in.
Neil M is fixed. He is not registered with the BSA. He needs to use his my.scouting.org ID that is . Note there is no DOB on either of his accounts.
Stefanie S is fixed. Use Google Login button to log in.
