Merging or finding my.scouting account

I have a user that cannot log into their my.scouting account. I have found these corresponding IDs but something is off, nothing appears under the my.scouting ID. Curious if someone can take a look and see what might be the issue. They had claimed to have completed YPT but now cannot log into their account. Thank you

I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
