I have an adult who has been dropped as a merit badge counselor who is unable to log in and figure out their MBC and YPT status. They have one member ID 134881852 from when their son was a cub and a newer member id from MBC registration 140294702. We found a username for the older ID but it had been entered with a typo and is not her email address. I was able to change the (unconnected) profile in scoutbook to the right email address but I don’t know that will help. Neither member ID was able to be used to reset a password.
Can the two profiles be merged under the 140294702 member ID number with a username that is the gmail address ?
