Merging Two Accounts: Who to contact?

Hello,

I have accounts with these ID’s:
137287754
118213339

I am new to this platform and am unaware of who to contact.

Would anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed on merging these accounts?

@JosephGawreluk log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials

I have a scout that transferred to our unit from another council. He was issued a new BSA member number when the transfer application was completed. How do I merge the two accounts?

the system should do it in Scoutbook if the applications were the same data

The scout has 2 different Member ID numbers all other information was the same.

@NancyKitchens This Scout’s Scoutbook accounts have been merged. He should update his e-mail address in Scoutbook to match his e-mail at my.scouting.
