Merit Badge approved by counselor also gets Leader Approved

When a Counselor approves a merit badge sometimes the system also Leader Approves it. Seems like this happens when Quick Entry for Merit badges is used. Please let me know if you need the merit badge and scout details for this scenario. See picture below. Deborah is the Counselor.

Yes she is an ASM I believe.

then she clicked Approved as a leader

@AhmedZaidi - well I guess if the Scoutmaster is good with it, then no big deal… it is completed.

She said she used quick entry.

I don’t see that as an option.
