I’ve recently taken on the role of Merit Badge Coordinator for our troop, but I’m running into permission issues in Scoutbook that prevent me from connecting Scouts with Merit Badge Counselors. I cannot access any scout accounts other than my own child. Does anyone know how to update Scoutbook access so an adult leader can perform this role?
@AmanGill well there is no such official role. Though some units have ones like it that vary greatly.
If the main purpose of the role is to connect MBCs to Scouts, then, for now, in Legacy you would need to be Connected to all Scouts with at least edit advancement connection. A Unit Scoutbook Legacy Admin can get this setup for you.
