Besides the Scoutmaster, which functional roles have access to the merit badge counselor list? Assistant Scoutmasters, Committee Chair, Unit Advancement Chair? Is there a way to give access to anyone?
All registered leaders in a unit have access to the MB Counselor List via the MB Counselor Search function in Scoutbook.

Supplementing what @edavignon wrote, the BSA specifically prohibits providing the MBC lists to scouts or parents who are not also registered scouters, so they would not have access.
