There is a merit badge counselor listed in Legacy. All their personal info is listed and they come up as a merit badge counselor when searched by name, yet his list of merit badges is empty. His My.Scouting profile shows that the merit badges are approved/listed. None of them are expired. Wondering if this is happening to anyone else, maybe a bug/glitch?

Unfortunately, I don’t know the ID number. I am assisting my council as a volunteer that knows about the features and use of scoutbook legacy VS scoutbook plus. I did attach what I see on my end of scoutbook as a scoutmaster. I can find is id, but my take him a while to answer me.

@KirstenClementi It looks like the local council needs to reload his merit badges.
@KirstenClementi your council needs to load MBS - or sometime taking one away and then adding it back solves it
