I’m hoping someone can help me troubleshoot an issue with a Merit Badge Counselor registration.
Our council registrar confirmed that the application for BSA ID: 141105089 has been processed and appears correct on their end. However:
The Counselor does not see the Merit Badge Counselor panel in her legacy Scoutbook account.
The My.Scouting account also does not show the Merit Badge Counselor registration.
When I perform a Merit Badge Counselor lookup, her name and badge appear, but the town, phone number, and email address are incorrect — they belong to another person.
It looks like her registration somehow got linked to someone else’s contact record.
That’s very strange, the council registrar is telling me that she can see the MB registration and it is all correct. What should I ask the registrar to do, so that this can be fixed?
Member Id: 141105089, this is from her Safeguarding Youth Training Certification. I think there might be some issue with her last name, because in Legacy Scout book she appears with a single last name but for the registration she submitted her full legal name which is 2 words and hyphenated
@DiyanaMiriyala I think she is registered under MID 125116937, but her DOB and address are different. It would be best to work with your local council on this one.
