Merit Badge Counselor shows wrong home address and Council

I am a Council Admin for MBC in Council 421 - I have a MBC that popped up on the Merit Counselor report that shows NO badges. Her MID in Council 421 is 140963560. In AKELA, she is properly registered including as MBC. We are in North Carolina.

However, when we look her up in Scoutbook (Legacy), it shows her home address in Pennsylvania (zip code 17566). She did Scout (and was registered) there a year or so back, and in that Council (#524), her MID was 14281990.

She has confirmed to me verbally, that she is not registered there and wants this fixed.

In working with our Registrar in Council 421, we think there is some missing linkage in Scoutbook that is causing her old Pennsylvania address to show and thus causing her badge list in the MBC report as showing zero badges.

Finally, the report that shows zero badges is the one from AKELA, using Registrar Tools:
Registrar Tools –> Reports –> Organization Manager Tool Reports –> Council Merit Badge Counselor Listing

Those MIDs are for two different people.

I found her SB account and am in the process of cleaning things up.

This is cleaned up. I do not know why her old 524 MID was placed on her Scoutbook account again. I have switched it back and synced the data from Akela.

She has another MID in Council 005. This MID has bad connections to a youth in that it is showing the adult as both mother and daughter of the Scout. She should contact Council 005 and have this fixed.

I have updated her my.scouting.org ID with the Council 421 MID as primary. It was set to the 005 MID which caused her to see a blank Scoutbook ID when she logged in.
