A while back, MBC would get an email saying they had been added as a counselor. Does that still happen? If so, does it say what badges? Where can I find it?

Ok, that is half of my problem. If it takes 24 hrs for registrars to add badges, does this notice go out after the badges get added? What if I add a badge a couple of months later - do they get another email? Lots of questions from one unit.

definitely after - as in this instance Personal Mgmt was added for me. It should happen at all times IF the leaders have not opted out of emails.
