Please help, 2 weeks ago I could still enter merit badge requirements and see everyone in my troop. I’m both Scoutmaster and Advancement Chair. Now I can only see my profile and one scouts. And I can no longer see anything else, or enter MB requirements.
Part of the issue is likely related to the fact that registered SM has access to all aspects of the system, whereas the Advancement Chair does not, by default, have access to broad swaths of the system. I would start by removing your AC role, assuming you’re registered as the SM. You might have to wait overnight for things to resolve.
@CarolynVan_Slooten In Scoutbook Plus, make sure you set the filter on the Roster page to show “Participants 18+”.
Also, make sure that you have your troop selected in the upper right, not your MBC role.
