Scoutbook not showing any of my scouts assigned to me their Merit Badge requirements, whether I originally entered them as the original counselor OR if they were transferred to me (We had a MB Counselor who passed away and I took the lead). I had one boy who had completed all but one requirement, I could not see the requirements checked off. His father (another Asst Scout Master) could login to Scoutbook and all of the requirements that were checked off. This has now turned up for three boys in our Troop. I’m not sure if it is a glitch at this point, my own stupidity (what am I missing?) or someone is out for me!
There was an MBC Script that went bad that is being corrected on requirements. But you are not being clear on what you are not seeing. Can you give a Scouts MEmber # (no names) and an example of what you are not seeing?
@JohnRose2 - i would check the version of the merit badge as well since updates have been posted for version changes
How are you trying to access the Scouts’ merit badge requirements?
The version of the merit badge was the first thing I checked. I checked all versions. This is not a version issue but I thank you kindly for your trying to help. This is amatter of permission or glitch, as other leaders can see the requirements, I can’t.
