I have a parent who manages our medical forms and needs to send out emails to the Pack. In the legacy Scoutbook he was able to send emails but in Plus he can’t. He isn’t registered with Scouting but is a parent attached to an active member. Is there a way to grant non-registered Parents access to send emails?
The parent should be a committee member if they are going to manage health forms. Anyone handling sensitive information should go through a Scouting America criminal background check and be required to take SYT.
So the answer is no, a parent cant send emails to a unit via Scoutbook Plus?
