Does anyone have issues with parents automatically opting out of messages? I have one parents who has reset it to allow emails numerous times and it keeps changing to off.
@JimTaylor210 - due to the increased issues of scoutbook email being blacklisted some emails where listed as no email. The biggest issue is units that send out a load of reminder emails
Can you provide their bsa member number (no names needed)?
