New Parents Not Opted out of Email shows "No Email"

I have a few new parents that shows “No Email”
They try to go to the opt out/ in but it does not show any options.

@CraigStachewicz those are youth number - the parents need to go to my account > email to opt in to emails - both are opted out

I’ve been playing around with Scoutbook for a few days now, and I think the reason I am not getting emails is because I’ve created an account for myself as a youth? I’ve scoured the sections and there is no place to opt into emails. Is it possible that both XXXXX and I are registered as youth?

Is it possible for you to opt me into emails or help me fix my account?

I’d love to figure out how to get the messages so we don’t continue to miss communication.

Thanks for any help you can offer. If you know of a way for me to get in touch with scoutbook directly, I am happy to do that if they can help me fix my account.
