With the recent changes, our messenger feature is not working consistently. Some members are getting messages, and others are not, but its random. The person who does not get the message shifts with every new attempt. We sent test messages last night with our whole committee watching to see who got what, checking spam, all the things. Somethings is wrong!
In calender events we noticed a recent one had low responses compared to normal and when opening the event to see the rsvp list, every name had a red alert flag, messaging opt out… but none of these people opted OUT. We have only 2 members with email opt out who moved. What is going on with this recent change?? I cannot even contact my unit now!
