I am having multiple problems. I added an activity but I couldn’t add scouts. I think it was because of renewal status, so I thought I would check back later. Now I am unable to edit the activity or create a new one. Am I missing something?
Have you or your unit Key 3 verified that your permissions have been updated per the documents Donovan linked to here:

Also, is this event for multiple units or a single unit? If for multiple units, have you been assigned the relevant permissions (as described in the documents linked by Donovan) for both units?

Is this something that would have changed in the last month or so? I am on the advancement chair.
This is for a single unit.
@BradleyPettipiece- November 2025 is when the change went in. Advancement chair has few permission
ok I will get with one of the Key3 today and see what may be going on.
So in scoutbook legacy I have full access. But in SB+ I may not. Is that what you are saying?
@BradleyPettipiece Legacy Scoutbook Positions no longer matter for most things, nothing in SB+. It is only Official position in my.scouting.org that now matter.
