Missing Adult Members from Roster

I have two adult members that have not shown up on our roster report for several months using different computers and browsers. They were both included in the last recharter. One of the adults just recently brought their YPT up to date. The other is in the process of doing so. How do I get them to show back up on our roster?

I am reporting an issue with My.Scouting, please see the following items:

  1. Hardware: Desktop Computer, MAC
  2. Operating system: Ventura 13.4.1
  3. Browser: Chrome
  4. Browser cache has been cleared or you are using a private browsing mode (aka Incognito Window in Chrome)* ?, not using incognito window
  5. Member ID & Council of person affected: (removed by Moderator) #12047624 & (removed by Moderator) #123369712

Neither of them are currently registered - this is a question for your council

They had registrations for this year but they were made inactive

Interesting. We think that might be because they let their YPT lapse. One has since
completed it but has not shown back up on the roster.

Well councils look for expired YPT not Taken ones. You would have to inform them

I just sent them an email. Hopefully I’ll be able to get this resolved soon. Thanks for your help.
